Constant foot pain near heel
I have been having a constant foot pain near heel of left leg and knee pain also sometimes. Foot pain is mostly when I wake up and then when I walk for some time. Knee pain is related to walking.

Hi You require muscle strengthening exe for your knee pain and may be you have pain on heel due to calcaneal spure so consult your nearest physiotherapy clinic and take ultrasound for that and also strengthening exe for heel also
