Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

You may be having nerve compression considering the fact that you have back pain, numbness and pain in buttock. This points to possible nerve compression. This is not a cause for alarm but this needs to be assessed and investigated by a Spinal Surgeon for starting appropriate treatment. If you get worsening numbness or weakness then seek medical attention ASAP. Hope this helps. Dr Vinu Raj Consultant Spine Surgeon MBBS MRCS FRCS(Trauma&Orth)

it might be a SI joint dysfunction that is causing pain in the butt and numbness could be due to sciatic nerve impingement. correct your sitting posture- do not put too much weight on the painful hip. you will need SI joint mobilisation and sciatic nerve mobilisation for the same
