K wire fixation
Hi dr sir i gt a k wire fixation done 3 day back of my finger tip rt thumb the tip bone broke into 2 peice so a small k wire was drilled to join both what is the success rate that it will remain joined since nw i m traveling is what is chances that bone will displace from normal position?

You should have asked this question to the treating surgeon. With out seeing the fixation and the geometry of fracture it's difficult to say. But Closed reduction and k wire fixation is an acceptable modality of small bone fracture treatment with a very high success rate. If you do a lot of movements it may become loose. I am sure your doctor must have given you the Do's and Dont's.
