I am suffering from lower back pain problem. it is old problem . But i am not suffering from this problem regulaly. after every two or three years the problem sudden hit me, because of this problem IT is difficult to sit and sleep properly. During the pain i always use hot water bag and i feel relax. SOMETIMES i use painkiller. After two or three days i recovered of this pain. BUT when it will come back i can't say.

Once in a while arround 2 yrs period such things could happen in our current life style plz dont take lots of OTC drugs without consultation as it may cause gastritis and so you may have to take more and more pills every day. See some physio immediately as it starts and stay fit it will be more better and efficient.

Hi.... I don't see any big issue in your case as you are getting pain after 2-3 yrs. keep doing regular exercise maintain your posture while performing your daily activity.
