Ankle sprain
Ankle sprain (left & right sides of the right leg ankle)due to some minor accident on road .Pain is at the same position where there is a fracture .There is a small fracture at my right ankle and at the same place its paining now.It has been 2 weeks after the injury,but unable to walk properly.Not able to keep my foot completely on floor while walking.

Mam ..Plz request your physio to release your muscles named as .. Peroneus Longus and brevis and tibialis posterior .And tensor advise latae with it band ... Contralateral lattismus dorsi and gluteus maximus ...

Hi.. Can you please elaborate a bit about you ankle fracture or share with our your x- ray taken..to guide you efficiently... If there is fracture as you told I recommend not to weight bear on that foot and allow it to heel properly... Revert back with necessary information please..
