I have buldging disc issue in multiple vertibae from laat 2.5 years .My pain in lower back is increasing day by day.
I visited all types of top Doctors such as orthopaedic , chiropractor, Ayurvedic, physiotherapist..I m doing exercise regularly but pain is not going.. pain is there in my lower back whixg flows to my leg.. i cannot sit and stand for 5 mins at same position
.. Please suggest

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

If you have multiple bulging discs with back pain and leg pain then it is important to look at a recent MRI scan before deciding on a line of treatment. If there is nerve compression or narrowing in the spine then depending on the level of compression just physiotherapy may not help you.
You need to see a Spinal Surgeon for proper assessment. Also losing weight, if you are overweight will help. Maintaining a correct posture and staying mobile and active will help.

I recommend you to meet a manipulative physiotherapist to assess you and suggest you positions to relieve your pain and ghen start strengthening..
It is not advisable to do exercises in pain...
Can perform gentle stretches for your low back and gluteus...
Frequent icing reduced the spasm and help you to relieve pain
