Anterolisthesis grade1, L4-5 disc buldge
My husband is a pt teacher and sports person. He has some mild back pain for a year and has been rigourous over for past 2 month. Our doctor suggested mri and d the result is Anterolisthesis grade1, L4-5 disc buldge and slight narrowing if spinal cord with no spinal injury. They suggested surgery not possible now and gave lumbar belt for back support and suggested rest. But due to his occupation it is not possible to get rest. Still he suffers from pain after some activites like standing bending, driving and lifting with belt. Is there any thing to keep him pain free.

What ur doctor said is right.  And he needs to cut down in his strenous physical activities otherwise due ti stress and injury grade one might go to grade two with spinal cord compression. Also see a physiotherapy doctor for proper back strengthening exercise and postural training so he puts less stress on his back.
