Grade 1 anterolisthesis
I have lbp and when checked with doctor he said I have bilateral spondylosis with l4 l5 grade 1 anterolisthesis and associated disc bulges. I did not have any accident or fall. So doctor said maybe it's a birth defect. I had plans for pregnancy but now am worried. Is there any cure for this? Pls help me
