My mother, age 70 Year is not able to ambulate since 6 year due to leg & back pain. As per radiology test, Knee osteoporosis and Anterolisthesis Grade III, L5 & S1 detected. Please advice the best option available in india for this issue.

Spondylolisthesis grade 3 requires Reduction and pedicular screw fixation with discectomy. Surgery is reserved for patients fit for anaesthesia and who lead a active lifestyle. For sedentary people, conservative corsette may be tried to prevent further anterior listhesis progression.
