Hi I have grade 1 l5-s1 anterolisthesis with disc bulge resulting in bilateral nerve compression. Been taking physiotherapy for past month along with chiropractic care . I am able to bend forward but bending backward is restricted. I can only bend backward about 2 degree. Is this concerning? Can someone suggest that should I do yoga to resolve this issue? Which side bending is safe for me forward or backward?
