Mild disc buldge
As per my MRI report mild disc bulge at level 4/6 causing anterior thecal sac indentation. I have pain on right side of my spinal area. I have this pain for last 3 months. Doctor asked me to take MRI . now doctor told. Swelling on that place . asked me to do physiology exercises . but the pain is not going off.
