Mild disc bulge at level 4 -5 causing anterior thecal sac indentation. What is the treatment please tell me.

Doctors usually dont treat the MRI. They see the clinical correlation of MR with patient and if they correspond, only then treatment is initiated. Please give a brief history about nature of pain and course of disease.
