Hello,
I have back pain from last 2-3 days. It gets really worse at night. I don't know how it caused so suddenly cause i didn't lift or do any type of that work. I have recently started working (20-25 days) so it might be due to regular sitting but I doubt that.
And it is triggered during sneezing too.
Please suggest what to do.
Exact location of pain is around lower hip I guess.

It seems to be due to nerve compression which generally occurs in disc bulge case. It occurs due to heavy weight lifting/any wrong twisting movement /excess travelling /or long sitting post. Forceful sneezing /coughing /straight standing increases this pain.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction (may required) +some strengthening exercises will be helpful.
Health Tips
At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting/standing /walking /travelling /stair climbing +no weight lifting +avoid cold exposure +no manual exertions +sit tall.
