I have back pain from last 1 yr i did xarys but still there is no bone issues and it is muscle pain...i do even exercises but still pain is not going...

First of all you should kno whether you are doing proper exercise to reduce pain or you exercise is aggrevating the pain..
Correct your posture..follow exercise prescribed by professionals..

visit to a near by doctor or a physiotherapist..get tge problem diagnosed properly and take the required treatment..
