I had been under a surgey for shoulder dislocation before 2 years but again the same problem is occured around 6 times the shoulder has been dislocated

Had undergone surgery in 2002 on Right leg below knee broken bone and was implanted with rod between knee and ankle. This rod was taken out last year March. Now I'm getting pains near ankle and knees. This pains started since I participated in 10k marathon for which I practiced for a week.

Hello, I've been having numbness in my last 2 fingers of my left arm from past 4-5 days and on surfing the Internet i found that its ulnar nerve trapment. I found that on pressing the region just below the elbow gives a tingling sensation to my last two fingers (ring and little). Also the numbness has reduced some amount since the first day and there is no pain in the arm. Can you suggest me any methods or exercises that would help me. Can it heal on its own?

I am worried about the medication prescribed by my doctor but bit hesitant to question him. I was asked to take pantoprazole tablets (I dont have any issues with my stomach acid) & Paracetamol (i dont have any pain nor fever). I thought I would be asked to take multi vitamins & calcium tablets. But that was not the case.

Hi, My mother is 72 with high BP, has knee pain in both the legs. We have consulted the doctor and the advice is bi TKR. Doctor has given option of "Titanium"/"COCR" implants. Request your expert advice to understand which implant is better and any disadvantages of each implant.. thanks
