Dr I am having stiff finger joints and to some extent stiff lower back which resolves after I get up from bed and move but in fingers it prevails for sometime.

I have been suffering from this pain for past three months now i have noticed that i am not able to concentrate in a particular subject do this cervical vertibrae pain decrease the level of concentration

I had pain in my lower legs, i got that pain due to running, and my physiotherapist treated me through dry needling and now i am feeling good, most of the pain has gone. I am just worried if i get the pain again after running.

I am troubled with sharp pain on right wrist just over the joint (Pisiform carpel and ulna) and in the surrounding area. I have applied Volini several times but there is no relief. Under relaxed condition, it does not pain, but when I have to turn the wrist, a sharp pain is felt. The pain is almost for 2 months now. Kindly suggest.

I get excruciating pain in my right knee. It happens at random times. f I bend it, it makes the pain a million times worse. Ice will temporarily reduce the pain, but not by much. it feels like something is being ripped to shreds.

Back pain. Vitamin D found low in recent Blood Test. Pain at a particular spot precisely. Regular with exercises.
