Pain in Hip

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Was doing Plank exercise and slipped, which twisted my hip causing pain. Its been two day i am feeling uneasyness while getting up from chair and sometimes pains like a doctor injected some medicine on my hip. It pains in right lower side of hip, Not much pain in spinal chord. Feels like muscle pain. About 6 years back had same kind of pain while i was sitting simply and a doctor treated me with an injection to relax muscle.

Hi thanks for query If pain is subsiding wait for couple of days. If not it is better consult your doctor and get X ray. You should also take some analgesics to control the pain which should have been given by your doctor.
