Muscle pains when i stretch myself
One day while i was lying in my bed woke up, as soon as i stretched the whole body, leg calfs were stuck with muscle pain. Now it happens everytime as i do stretching. Is stretching necessary? Sometimes, it feels good to overcome the stress and tiredness
Is there any problem or is it natural? Any helps will be appreciated.

Ligament tear
Met with Bike accident 20 days back and road hit on knee. below is the MRI scan details.
Mild joint effusion seen. Focal prepateller soft tissue contusion is seen.
Patchy marrow contusions seen in the medial tibial and femoral condyles.
Small depressed fracture of the posterolateral corner of the tibia seen with underlying marrow contusion.
Small osteochondral depression seen in the lateral femoral condyle.
Full thickness tear of ACL seen
Grade I tear of MCL with adjacent fluid .
Undisplaced fracture of the fibular head is seen with adjacent marrow edema.
Horizontal tear of body and posterior horn of the medial meniscus seen.
Focal fluid in the popliteal bursa.
There is no plica . Hoffa fat pad is normal

Limping while walking
I had a left proximal femur fractured 3 moths back. Underwent ORIF. Had significant limping when first started walking a month back. Regularly doing Quad strengthening exercises(Quad Clenches, Short Arcs etc.) and some Hip exercises as suggested by my physiotherapist.
Current problem is- Limping goes away right after doing exercises. But then after 2-3 hours of idle period it comes back again(although not very significant but still i do limp little).
My question is - How and when can I permanently stop limping? What additional workouts I need to go through?

Sacroiliac joint pain
I am suffering from pain in right region.
Earlier orthoaedic dignosed it sacroiliac joint pain, kind of rheumatoid and treated with tab-dinica SR. Still pain persist. Dur-nov16-jan17.
Then i consulted rheumatologist he said there is bone misalignment and adviced physiotherapy. Exercising physio but not comlete relief as such. Dur Apr17 -till date.

Painful Popping Knee Sensation
When I sit in a Kneeling position and try to come back up I often get this popping sensation in my knee that is then immediately followed by a wave of extreme pain to the point where I can't move my knee, eventually the pain subsides and I go back to doing my original activity.
