Bone & Muscle problems

Jaw on left side near to the ear popped out and doesn't go back sometimes but after sometime goes back

So I've had this awful cough for a few weeks, I chalked it up to being a smokers cough since I don't have a fever or anything. But for about a week not I've been getting really sharp pains in my upper ribcage just under and to the left of my left breast. It doesn't feel like a pulled muscle because no amount of massaging or heat or ice treatment has worked and it's gradually becoming worse. No bruising or noticable swelling, and when I put slight pressure on it it hurts (I've only done this when it hurts really bad and I hold it). Is it more likely a cracked/bruised rib, or a pulled muscle? And how do I make it hurt less bc I still have my cough?

My anterior cruciate ligament is completely torn due to injury I had almost 2 years back. Is it possible to reconstruct it without surgery? If no are there any side effects after surgery? Any recommended hospital for surgery near Chandigarh?

A couple days ago I was playing basketball and the ball hit my thumb and bent it back. It started to become red and bruised after it happened, so I wrapped it in gauze and put ice on it. Ive wrapped it for about 2 days now and it feels better, but still hurts. Should I get it checked by a professional?

My mom is suffering knee pain and we have done X-Ray and consulted ortho doctor in our locality. Doctors said nothing to worry and XRay result is positive and given some medicines but pain is not reducing. Can any one suggest what might be the problem and how can we solve it

After taking trigger point injection on 9/4/17 by Doctor @ Samobathi pain clinic I 'm felling same pain during sitting or walking and injected point became much havier. Also feeling very tiredness or weakness after coming home from office which 1.5 km away. I'm exercising regularly as per doctor's advice. Please suggest me so that I feel normal without any back pain.
