I have pain below neck at back side , at d start of back bone I am a female. I am applying volini gel, but am not getting relief

Hello Dr Since 1 month I have been suffering from foot ache specially left foot at the bottom. Changed my sandals, started using slippers at home but it's of no use. I face difficulty mostly in the early morning to place my foot on the floor while getting out of the bed. Kindly suggest. I'm a male age 34, SWE employee, weighing 85kgs.

My father is having serious pain due to heel spur in right leg. He can't walk properly and it is really painful. He is having this problem since 8 months. PLEASE HELP.

I am an active male, 31 years. Over the past couple of years there has been a constant mild pain in joints around knees, wrists, shoulders and feet.
