Bone & Muscle problems

Hello Dr Since 1 month I have been suffering from foot ache specially left foot at the bottom. Changed my sandals, started using slippers at home but it's of no use. I face difficulty mostly in the early morning to place my foot on the floor while getting out of the bed. Kindly suggest. I'm a male age 34, SWE employee, weighing 85kgs.

My father is having serious pain due to heel spur in right leg. He can't walk properly and it is really painful. He is having this problem since 8 months. PLEASE HELP.

I slipped on the floor and hurt my legs by crashing against the furniture. No bleeding. Hurt the shin of one leg and ankle and knee of other one. No broken bone. Experiencing pain while trying to walk.

Pain in neck. Not able to move head. Pain is up to right hand. From last two day I have pain in neck but today suddenly pain has been increased.

I am an active male, 31 years. Over the past couple of years there has been a constant mild pain in joints around knees, wrists, shoulders and feet. Sir/mam i fall on th floor due to my legs sleeping.after few i fell pain in my back but after 6 days pain increases in my lower back..what should i do plz consult me as early as possible.
