My father has encontered some swelling in the left knee and says that it is paining enough and as a result he is not able to walk well. Please suggest what to do?

My mom facing the problem with her left hand.It is severly pain when she rising the hand or hold any thing with hand.

I fell from the stairs and developed a clot near my knee. Its been 2 weeks since, the clot is reducing but the swelling seems to still be there. I have mild pain. But it seems like there is some fluid below the swelling and its been the same for 2 weeks. What should i do. Should i drain the fluid at a hospital or will it subside on its own.

In 2004 I suffered ACL TEAR in right knee while playing tennis. At that time suspicious ACL TEAR was detected. Today I undergone MRI again report shows GRADE III ACL TEAR. As such I am not having much pain, and knee is pretty stable while walking and climbing stairs. I am 40 yrs male.
