Bone & Muscle problems

Hello - I am 32 yrs old male. I started doing running/brisk walking from last 2 weeks and suddenly got pain in my lower knee bone. It is still there from last 5-6 days and same intensity (not too much though). Apply pain-relief spary/tubes has not effect on this. Please suggest.

On my left hand wrist the nerve is swollen and on the thumb there is no pain however when tries to pick any heavy object there is a sensation of pain

Dear Doc can you please tell us if it is OK for him to take the above tablets.He is having knee pain and after an xray was taken the Doctor said it was starting of age related arthritis. He walks a lot and now has been asked to take a break.

Spine(backbone) pain firstly started when I tried to pull up tractor cultivator(when I was 16 years old), then I went to a doctor, given some injection. The pain was gone. But later Spine(backbone) pains while sleep facing up, carrying a bucket of water, sometimes washing clothes/socks by bending. Please suggest will it get cure by medicines or will go for any surgery..!
