Getting pain upper spine i lay evry one hour table tennis. i had cramps today.My sugar level is 140 and my BP is 141/90

I have pain in my left leg from heep to heel my age is 38 running weigh 80kg height 5ft.the said problem is from' last 2 months l had took pain killer from local dr but not working. Please tell treatment or medicine

Hi Docs, Was dignosed with AC join sprain grade 1 yesterday. I had some mild pain from 6 months due to gym shoulder workout and was not working out since them. However I wanted to start workout from today  since the pain is little to none these days and hence consulted an ortho. But doctor has suggested two months rest. Kindly suggest can I do light weight Bisceps triceps excercise. Etc.lump size is very visual but bare minimum on touch

5days ago I Slipped from stairs n got injury on tail bone , relief in pain is nt coming. Plz suugest

2 weeks back I felt as if a needle was pricked on my buttcheeks when I was sitting in my office cab while coming back to home, I could not find any blood stains while checking it at home. Then next day onward I felt very very little pain on that spot but nowadays feeling inflammation on that point, and pulsating pain (not very intensity) but noticeable. And whenever I stretch my back for any work it pains a more.

Upper bones of rib cage (below the neck) are looking out so irritating...   what can I do for this???
