Bone & Muscle problems

I get excruciating pain in my right knee. It happens at random times. f I bend it, it makes the pain a million times worse. Ice will temporarily reduce the pain, but not by much. it feels like something is being ripped to shreds.

I have been having mid back pain and pain in rib portion from long time , after sleep when I try to get up from the bed body will not support get up easily it give more pain

I have serious shoulder pain in my left shoulder. It hurts when i raise my hand up and back down and pain goes serious when i am sleeping and raise my hand straight up i cant get hand down on my own it pains too much so i have to pull back with my other hand. i have tried many medications including inflammation tablets pain killers and hot water bags and massage but it cant help a bit tried some exercise shoulder cuff and others but didnt worked. please suggest good treatment and what happened to my shoulder. tried everything what i can do. plz help

Back pain. Vitamin D found low in recent Blood Test. Pain at a particular spot precisely. Regular with exercises.

Hello sir, my name is Shri. Dulen Boruah and I am 26 years old. I had an accident on 7th march 2017 and in that accident my left leg lateral and medial malleolus broked. My doctor suggest me for a surgery. The surgery was held on 14th march 2017 and the doctor fixed a rod and a screw inside my ankle. Now my doctor call me to his clinic with a new xray on 15th may 2017. The doctor check the xray and told me that the bones are not totally joined yet and it will take more 15 days. I am afraid and thinking why my bones are joined. I don't know what to do now. Please consult me sir.

I have been experiencing stingy sort of a pain in my left heel. Also, I experience pain in the muscles of my right ankle.

Hi Rajat this side, Actually the thing is that my wife is suffering from l4l5 Spine problem and his right leg is not working properly and she is having Acute pain and Dr suggest her a complete bed rest for 10 days . What should we do for her speedy recovery . thanx

Pain occurs every time I try to change the position i.e. while bending and straightening of the knee.

I tripped over a rope while running and jumping, I landed on my left ankle (rolled in). Immediately after, the pain was extremely painful -- I felt nauseous putting pressure on it, and had to hop on my other ankle. The next two days it was swollen to the size of a tennis ball (e.g. the top of the tennis ball = the swelling over the ankle bone/towards the back). From the first moment, when I took steps, it felt as though something was snapping over the ankle bone and it's very painful. It's four days later, the swelling is going down. There is no constant pain, and I can generally put weight on it. I limp a little. However, especially on stairs, the snapping over the bone occurs -- I can't hear it, I feel it -- and it hurts immensely. Do I need medical attention? Or should I just continue to ice it?

My left leg was stucked by the wall 7 hours ago.The right portion of the leg feet was stucked.It was happend by sleeping of our floor.Till now I feel pain in my left leg right portion.At first the pain was no too much.I was used pain relief gel that time and used it more than 2times according 1hr duration.Still now I feels pain in my muscle and bone.This portion is slightly swelling.Now I'm capable of moving my all fingers but fell slightly pain.There is any chance of bone fraction?
