Bone & Muscle problems

I have started running (for purpose of weight loss), since 10-12 days, initially there was stiffness and muscle pain in thighs which is now fine, but now I am experiencing pain (from Mild to Severe) on internal side of knees. When I am getting down from a slip road, I feel like my legs are trembling and there are pain in even simple walking.

Hi. I am 16. It's been around 3 months since the incident. I lifted a heavy object that gave me back pain for a week. It was severe one day. I took painkillers and it's okay now. (No back pain at all). But I do have this very acute pain in my right leg and pain in my feet. My parents say it will heal over time. I don't share the same opinion. I live in Bengaluru. What should I do for treatment? Cut down expenses like lunch? (Arguing with my parents seems pointless now)

No sir there is not any injury..I feel pain when I do up n down movement..I m using crepe bandage with diclofenac spray...N also I used ice pack...But the pain is still there..I feel pain in the mid of wrist

Moveing wrist of right hand to words inside make a pain and it is from last 15 days what type of problem it is

Suddenly left leg ankle hving accute pain to 9 yrs. Child. It already happend before 9 month . by observation of xray dont hv any bone problem. But again pain start

Since last couple of days m having continuous tingling in left hand & leg. Earlier used to have pain in my right hand & back neck. Consulted an ohtho and went through few tests. Slight disc bulge was found with low vitamin D. I took supplement for 2 months and now the tingling since last 2 days is uncomfortable

Small perforation in right wrist TFCC and clicking sound in the wrist. Please suggest something it's not healing. Doctor told me some exercises and a wrist support band but still it is not healing.

I am having pain in my knees.it started 4 years ago and took medications and pain was gone but again from 1 year ,once or twice in one or two months, i am having pain in my knees with swelling sometimes.

If I lay back, the pain subsides. When any action is done, pain shoots up suddenly. Right from the lower left hip, it goes on till the ankle.
