Muscle stretch
Hello I'm 18 years old. Two weeks ago while exercising ( squat jumps) I felt a suddenly pain in my lower back. After that I did few stretches (I thought I would be relieved) but pain increased. After a week I the pain was gone but still I could feel some stretch while bending and sitting for long duration. I mean the comfort is not same while doing any leg and lower back involving activity. So I visited homeopathic doctor .He have some medicine. After a week there is no difference. I am yet not comfortable in bending. There is no pain but something is stretching like some nerve . Can you please suggest some medicine except pain killers or something. I want to continue with my exercises. Please

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart. Bhujang Asana – Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily.
