Bone & Muscle problems

I suffered knee cap dislocation at the age on 11. I'm now 36 years old. After plaster for a month and few physiotheraphy sessions at home, the knee was back to functional. In the interim years i've suffered few jerks like slipping etc and suffer knee stiffness but the knee becomes normal after few weeks. A month back my knee suddenly got locked, although it was normal after a couple of hours. However this has happened 4 times over last one month. An MRI of the knee shows near full cartilage loss.

Uric acid level always above 9. Due to this foot and toe are swalling. Due to this course tab zyloric 300 mg has been taken once in a week. But i m suffering this problem since 15 years. Plz suggest me good hospital and doctor or medicines.

I have been having heel pains from the past one year. Even if I stand for 30seconds at one place, the pain starts. I was said that it is plantar fasciitis, but there is no pain when I wake up in the morning. The pain only comes after standing at one place for some time. I have taken physiotherapy for 2 months and also keep stretching my calf muscle every day, but it hasn't been much help. The heel pain also slowly led to knee pain (again both knees), which made it impossible for me to run normally. I've consulted 4 doctors and have also taken an MRI of the knee, no one could find the real issue and have only asked me to keep doing exercises. It's been a year, but the exercises have not helped.

After prolong exposure to computer screen sitting in the same posture causes pain in the neck mainly in the lower neck region

2 days ago I suddenly start feeling pain in my lower back area to shoulder blade. I did nothing exceptional except I sat on floor all nigh without any support. Kindly suggest whom should I consult, since pain is severe and work pressure is on it would be great to know how many sittings are usually required for such issues.

I am suffering from this problem since November 2016. I am having muscle pain, loss of appetite, tiredness, fatigue, shivering in that much hot weather, weakness, running nose by that time , headache, always surrounded by sad thought, bowl movement very poor, feeling cold.

I am suffering from acute pain in my lower back.the pain increases when i drive for longer hours.i consulted a doctor he told that there is nothing serious and gave me some medicines for the same.

My dad who is the 65 years old man is suffering from excruciating pain in his left arm which is of tingling nature and keeps him awake throughout the night he has been instructed by some physiotherapist to do regular exercises for his left arm pain which he does but is of no use till now and the pain is exacerbating Day by day he is also suffering from weight loss the pain in his left arm has been for the past six months.in order to get relief from the pain he has been taking painkillers too I urge you to give some valuable information and suggestions so that my father's Pain Ceases.I would be highly obliged for any assistance of yours

Sir Can I go for physiotherapy and exercises till I go for surgery. I have a grade 2 medial and lateral meniscus degeneration. I have no pains in walking and sitting and also m able to fold my legs but the mri report also shows that I have a grade 1 acl pcl strain
