Two weeks passed after accident. Left hand elbow joint has swelling which causes inability to stretch hand completely. X-ray shows bones are perfect. No pain. Swelling remains. Is this normal? Will it reduce on its own? Thanks,

Calf started feeling like it was going to cramp after leaving house for work but never did. Was on my feet all day at work and pain felt like it was subsiding. Got home from work and it is back and more painful. It aches more when i flex my foot upward. Have been home sick for 2 days day before yesterday and wasnt very active. And havent done anything to pull a muscle or cause an injury. It jus feels like a dull cramp and ache

My Vitamin D level is around 6ng/ml. I feel uncomfortable in joints and regularly need to stretch legs & hands , twist wrists etc. Moreover I am suffering from Alopecia(only one patch now ..last one 7months ago). Are these problems interrelated?

Whenever I try any fast muscle movement of hands, feet or any skeletal muscles, after 2-3 times, my muscles get stuck and jammed. While climbing the stairs, I can't climb fast. I can not run. I can not punch multiple times. Muscles take time to relax. I have undergone vit b12 and vit D3 tests. I am deficient in both. I have started taking B12 shots, but I am not finding any difference. Am I suffering from some disease? Can this be genetic? Can thus be cured?

Both the knees are non functional. Has been confined to bed for last five years. The legs are bent. Had taken for knee replacent surgery in Delhi at private and Safdarjung Hospital. The doctors refused surgery till the legs are straightened. Wife does not want to undergo the weight therapy for correction. Has been confined to bed as a consequence. I have been experiencing back pain since 2 months now. My MRI report says minimal anterolisthesis of l5 over S1 is seen with defect in pars interarticularis. I was quite active in terms of exercises and was doing running and weight training. It's very depressing to sit at home with no exercise now. How severe is this problem? And can I reduce few kilos only with diet right now ? Please guide me.

Since last 1.5 years my wife whose age is 27 years is suffering with severe back pain and leg pain. Before 1.5 years she had normal fever on 20th January 2016. We have refered many local doctors. They have treated as best as they can. We have also referred spine surgeon in Rajkot and that report was very normal on judged by MRI. She has been suffering back pain between lower L5 and L6. Having slight pain in front of my knees of both legs..This is from past 2 weeks while walking no pain but sitting and resting I can feel the pain
