I am suffering from slip disc . exercise is prescribed...I am in pain continuous..during walking sitting even lying...so just wanted to kW walking sitting should be completely avoided??

I am having swelling in left toe and ankle pain since 4 days . I applied Volini spray and massaged the troubled area but it is of no Help . Kindly advise some medication

Vibration in hand and leg in one side of body every time . We are meets many doctors for counseling and treatment, but after some time the vibration is start.

Continuous bleeding from operative leg and also having wounds.after 15 days from operation 500 ml blood secreted from leg and after that the wounds are happen .

Ganglion on wrist. It is there from 2-3 months. Once disappeared for some time but now again it is there.

I was in a car wreck September 11, 2016 and ever since then I have had back pain on the lower right side into my buttocks over into my hip. I feel I possibly made it worse dancing 3 days a week but have been done with dance for a little over a year and still constantly have pain in those areas. I am unable to lift my right leg very much when laying on my stomach and lifting it while laying on my back causes pain. It is painful if you press on any of the affected areas. The most pain is in my lower back and my hip. When lay on my left side and raise my right leg it hurts pretty badly. It also hurts for me to sit for a long period of time.

I am facing shoulder pain from past 10 days and even left leg foot is paining from past 1 month. While i am using medication. The pain still exist. Suggest me any solution.

My chiropractor said I moved a rib lifting something heavy the other day. It hurt bad and I can feel it out of place. Should I see a doctor?

My right scapula backside pains a lot along with my right neck and jaw,. Jaw pops and clicks (it's TMJ I think) . have been living with this for a very long time, did consult doctors ,MRIs, XRay, ects ,. Nothing worked out. Doctors acvided to take aspirin when it pains, m 28yrs , please I need help.
