Bone & Muscle problems

While bending the leg, say, for tying right foot shoelace, such that weight of the body is on left leg. While getting up, its starts to pain and feels like the muscle is slow in coming back to its original position. Sometimes, the pain is also felt lower near the shin bone, when trying to do some normal exercises to stretch that muscle.

About 3 weeks ago I had an accident by tipping an ATV on its side. Upon tipping it I caused a lot of damage to my ankle area that is receiving ongoing medical attention however I also had a case of road rash on the side of my hip, around the fatty part of my upper leg/butt however the wound is completely gone but there is still a very large lump that is protruding and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. There was quite a significant bruise on it before however that has also subsided. There seems to be fluid of some kind in this lump and I'm just wondering if it's normal and what I can do to get rid of it? I've tried to drain it but only a small about of blood comes out at a time and it is very tender when pressing on it.

Hips pain amd both feets pain from upper as well as lower side . While walking it is ok and when standing in one location for 5 minutes then it starts getting pain.

I was running and fell down and got hit by a stone on my hand below the elbo ther is 75 % moment in hand only der is pain while folding my hand and der is swelling on dat one part like a lump and while touching it does not pain but from within while moving it pains

Sir, I play sports and chosen a sport to be a professional in it.. And frm last 2 mnths I have groin pain in both of my legs..Frankly, bit of pain starts from below hips .. And severe coming to groins of both legs.. When I rested it for 2 weeks seems like everything was set and again when I started playing it pounces back.. And I don't no why this happens at regular intervals after certain time gap.. Should I consult a doctor literally??

I m 55 urs young man. Had fallen on 3rd may while playing Squash. Took load on left wrist .xrays says no fracture etc but little swelling is there n pain too.

Pin pricking pain on my left shoulder blade . Feeling weakness on left arm too. It started as Something like a stiff neck. I was not able to move my neck for a couple of days . But after applying ice packs the pain reduced and now neck is better. But the shoulder pain still remains. It has been 2 weeks now. Similar kind of a pain has happened to me at the same place almost 2 years before.

Hello doc, I have been experiencing acute pain in my lower back, especially on the right side of my back. Can't sit or even lie down for a long time. Losing my sleep because of the pain too. Please advise.

I have small perforation in the radial aspects of TFCC of right wirst and contour irregularity is also there in the central region of TFCC on wright wrist, more on the urnal aspects. My treatment is going on in safdujung soprts injury center Delhi from February 2017, no improvement so far. Doctor asked me to wear a sprint and some exercises and I am continually doing it but no improvement. Please suggest something better.

My arm has bren hurting since 3 weeks and the X-ray shows no fault. Initially there was suddrn vibration in my arm causing restlessness and weakness. Now it hurts in such a way that there is some muscle tear or nerve problem. My arm is slightly swollen also
