Bone & Muscle problems

I have been having left sided pain for a year now. From the left side of my neck down till my left heel. The pain is unbearable At times.

Hi my age is 35, Male. It started 4 weeks back while playing football. i used to ice the pain area and used to use a compression belt. this was useful till last week. i did not take any medicine nor use to do any exercise. But last week i again went to play and while playing i stretched because of which the pain has again started. please suggest how to get rid from this pain. need to be on field asap.

Hi, I've been having sharp stabbing like pains in the top of my back, it's under my shoulder blade , close to my spine. Its sore to touch when I feel the pain and I have experienced this pain in my breasts. It comes and goes. I have nothing wrong with my lungs and no pain on my spine. It's mainly on the right side but has been on the left aswell.

I have been experiencing pain in and around elbow region for around 21 months now.Pain is not continuous but whenever I try to lift something heavy,I can feel the pain in my left hand.My right hand is perfectly fine. I did visit an orthopaedic last year in June and he suggested to go for X-ray diagnosis but nothing came out in that. Apart from that I have not taken any sort of medication or haven't gone for MRI scan either. Kindly suggest something​ or is it too late because what I have read about on the internet that these are the symptoms of tendonitis.As of now I am in Jungpura for a month.
