I have a pain on my tailbone
I experience a pain on my talibone when I set down in my chair for too long in office. I can't sit properly for too long, it's really annoying and discomforting.

You require a donut cushion to relieve the pressure from your tail bone Also need to strengthen your core muscles and require postural correction
