Whenever i try to increase the intensity of running like speed or distance, i feel some pain on my shin bone. And the physiotherapist i am consulting with is giving me dry needling treatment. I just wanted to know that how effective is dry nteedling in shin splints.

Spine(backbone) pain firstly started when I tried to pull up tractor cultivator(when I was 16 years old), then I went to a doctor, given some injection. The pain was gone. But later Spine(backbone) pains while sleep facing up, carrying a bucket of water, sometimes washing clothes/socks by bending.
