While using computer mouse sensing severe pain starting from wrist to forearm for the right hand. and while working in front of computer sensing severe pain from wrist to shoulder of left hand

Recurring pain in my right ankle which prevents me from walking, it usually happens when I wear certain sandals. I guess it is because of that. I want to know what type of shoes should I wear and what can be the cure for this problem?

I am underweight, have gastrointestinal disorders like malabsorption and IBS, am lactose intolerant, and gluten sensitive (I have been properly diagnosed at Fortis hospital and don't have any disease), have started doing pushups and jogging for gaining muscles and fitness but I need to feed myself with enough protein which I am not getting currently as I have to avoid all wheat products and all milk products except for curd and yoghurt. So can I start consuming ISOLATE WHEY PROTEIN for gaining muscle? Should I be worried about any side effects?

Hello, I fell on my left buttock that hit my tailbone about 6 months back. I hardly felt discomfort during early stages when I sit on a hard surface but no matter of severe pain. Recently I noticed a hard muscle while I rub through my left buttock. I feel little discomfort over the same area while I sit for longer periods but not at the tailbone. Is this something serious?.
