Complete ligament tear
My anterior cruciate ligament is completely torn due to injury I had almost 2 years back. Is it possible to reconstruct it without surgery? If no are there any side effects after surgery? Any recommended hospital for surgery near Chandigarh?

Being a young active person with a complete ACL tear it would be better to undergone arthroscopic reconstruction of the ligament before it causes wear and tear of the joint further
