Bone & Muscle problems

I was in gym, I was doing biceps curls and suddenly my left arm became tight bland after 2 in my left arm the pain began.i

I am having problem in my right leg..calf..while I walk I don not use to feel pain...I started jogging at that time it use to painv badly...but after few days the pain stopped....one day I ran too fast and from that day it pains everyday...m not able to jog...even I can't jump from short distances..

I am getting neck pain for past 7 days .Some days back pain was on complete left abdomen and arm side.but now that is stopped.currently their is pain in neck and arm.I am sleeping on floor putting thin blanket and pillow below my neck.In morning I get more stiffness in neck and after small exercise I start moving my neck freely.But the pain remains in the neck,Although the pain is not very severe during days.P lease help me to know the problem and resolve it.

I have ankle pain from 3years. When i have reached an orthopedic doctor before 2 years, conclusion, pain is due to uric acid levels are high in my blood. I have discontinued medication. Pain still continues. I wanted to get rid of pain. Can you suggest specialised doctor to meet for this problem. Regards, Dhanraj.

I have been having knee effusion last 1 month.doctor said that its water of knee,they already removed knee fluid n given to test.but my problem is not solved.few pain is there and i can not fold my leg as before.

I dislocated my wrist about 2 months ago.The doctor examined and put POP for 45 days,after removed the plaster they put me in a schedule of exercise.But my hand is still more than half of an inch away from where it used to be . There's no pain when it's in normal position.It's my left hand.When I move my wrist in any direction it sounds ,"crick crick" . I'm really having a bad feeling about it ..please ,help.

Hi! I have been suffering from Cervical Spondylitis since 2 years which makes my right hand numb. Tried multiple doctors achieved improvement but nothing which can cure me completely. I am reaching out to you for your advise whether there is any cure for this ailment. Thanks. Regards, Mitul

Four months completed.taking continues physiotherapy treatment and doing exercises.but ,my leg and hand's weight is not being decreased.why.when it becomes normal.
