Severe low back pain and stiffness not able to sit and sleep kindly help ""..........................

I have a right knee which feels stiff sometimes. Even though there is no pain but sometimes the knee feels stiff or weak. I have flat feet and I feel that the pronation of the feet might be the cause of it. Can I get rid of the stiffness with exercises or should I need to visit a physio? I do dance and exercise regularly

I started running after years of "inactivity" and only after 4-5 days of starting out my knees began to hurt. I did not stop, hoping that it will go away eventually but it got worse. I tried stretching and strengthening exercises but the pain was getting worse. So I have stopped for now, giving it time to heal. I think I got the runner's knee. Do you think I should visit a doc or are there things I can do at home to recover. I would love to get back to running soon. Thanks

I have been in pain at all my body bone joints especially in knee since 10 years. Many suggested for joint operation. Is this surgery success ? Will i be able to walk and perform all my daily work normally? Is there also any chance of unsuccessfullness?
