Constant pain in outside lower thigh
Work out a lot .past month started shooting pain in lower back outer thigh back of leg just above the knee.worse when I told my leg .Sharp pain when I sneeze or cough.

Most probably it is a slipped disc and needs a consultation with ortho or spine dr
Also needs absolute bed rest
Warm fomentation
And adequate meds
