Pain & swelling rt calf region
While playing there was sudden stretch of rt calf region muscles and I felt as if something was torn inside followed by extreme pain and inability to walk. Now calf region is tender, swollen and indurated and I'm having pain on walking. I applied ice, crepe bandage and took pain killers and muscle relaxants. It's already 6days past the incident but still am having pain in walking particularly when rt calf muscles are stretched. What else can be done for speedy recovery.

You have muscle injury which can take some time to get better. You must take absolute rest for your muscles to recover properly. Most common reason for delay in recovery is repeated injury to the muscles due to movements. Blood clots in this region are a cause of concern.
Next Steps
Visit an orthopaedic surgeon nearby to discuss the possibility of blood clots.
Health Tips
Take vitamin supplements. This helps in faster recovery.
