I tore my ACL back in early November and have opted to not get the surgery for the time being. I’ve been wearing a brace or knee sleeve everyday and have been trying to rehab it, doing bodyweight exercises and using the stationary bike. I have been able to start running again on the treadmill, a couple miles at a time, totally pain free. Recently I have been getting a really bad aching pain in the upper calf on the same leg and don’t know if it’s because of the ACL or just a coincidence.
