Have severe pain in left arm. Specially near shoulder. The pain causes numbness in hand sometimes. Please help

Sir, i am suffering with lower back pain from last 1 year. it generally starts early in the morning and always get up in morning with stiffed lower back. after some walking around it start healing automatically. due to this pain sometimes i feel lot of stress into my legs also. now from last 1 month the pain i going into legs generally in legs and hips joints. it is so worse that after laying on the bed it is very painful for me to get up my legs joint paining a lot while getting up. and after some walking and running the joint pains gets worse. even due to this pain i am not able to do my regular exercise or running and my body weight is also increasing due to this. sir kindly advice me the right way to cure this unbearable situation. i will be highly thankful to you.

Right i fell off my motorbike friday went hospital they gave me an X-RAY told me come back Following Friday(this Friday) plus they gave me knee brace. im still in severe pain all the time , feel like nothing has changed , can't bend my knee or fully straighten it out .I'm constantly in pain even when it's at rest swelling has got alot worse bruising has appeared now ..

My leg got twisted before 2 years and it's giving me lot of trouble now. is it possible to cure?
