Bone & Muscle problems

I am facing repeated gout attack in an interval of 7-10 days in the last 50 days its 5th time. When i take medicine its almost ok after 3-4 day and when i stop medicine again starts. Medicine:inďocap25/ medŕol/ rabium Should i consult any nephrologist. Pls àdvise

As I have low back which seems like disc problem from the year of 2015 and spreading or increasing my pain hip to middle spinal and spinal to my right shoulder and shoulder to neck and my right hand ..and now it's started to my left hand also ..my two elbows where so hurt full while using mobiles when laying .I need to know wether this pain can be treated and cure permanently or not .And suggest me a good treatment for this kind of illnesses. I can't even ride bike more than half an hour.

32 years male patient present with complaints of pain right gluteal region 5 years.the patient was apparently alright five years back then he developed pain on and of for five years,aggravated for the past 20 years.pain insidious in onset,dull aching in nature,aggravated by walking ,relived but taking rest,history of fever for 10 days on and off .no history of loss of appetite.no history of difficulty in walking.no history of early morning stiffness.diabetes patient and he is on regular treatment.patient under cholecystectomy.

Right i fell off my motorbike friday went hospital they gave me a knee brace im still in severe pain all the time , swelling has got alot worse bruising has appeared now

I have been having shoulder and neck pain since couple of days ..i guess because of shir asan of yoga...

Recently i noticed a hard lump on my right collar bone near the throat. Seems like that the bone at end of collar bone has increased . What is it? I'm afraid. Help me .

I had low pain at Lowe back (buttock) from last 7 years, but from last 2 months started noticing pin and needles sensations in legs, weakness throughout legs. MRI also done, report says mild compression left traversing root l5, most worried fact I started noticing same sensations in my back head, whether it's because of lower back problem

I am not sure whether I am suffering from cubitus Valgus or not , but the carrying angle of my right arm seems to be greater than the left arm . Moreover I have slight bow legs from birth. It has not caused any problem in my games and day to day life , but whenever I wear jeans , I feel low as it becomes prominent.

I have arthritis but now i feel little fever daily for sometime. I have constant dizziness problem and swelling in legs.Should I consult to doctor again??is there any seriousness in my case.
