Ive been hearing pops everytime I bend my knee and go upstairs and it hurts. It gets swollen somtimes and I wanted to know what should I do

Hi doctor, My lower part of the leg got twisted around 90° while playing badminton. I had to sit for half an hr after that. I'm able to walk and move my fingers but my leg is swollen at the ankle. This happened yesterday at around 7 PM. Even now it's the same. What do you suggest, shall I consult a doctor or take a pain killer for it?

Sir/madam when I was walking suddenly my ankle sprained and severe pain occurred.. after 2days pain decreased,, third day onwards the Pain is observed at the ankle (some times) .. please give me a suggestion..

Two days back both of my elbows started paining a bit. In the night the pain disappeared. Next day I found both my elbows and feet heavy. It was taking effort to walk properly. Now left knee and right elbow is heavy and bit uncomfortable.

Hi..My dad is 61 yrs old.Recently he had backpain problem and later the pain spread to the entire left side of his feet.He is able to move his feet(ankle area) forward but is unable to pull it back.We had an MRI done.Doctors are recommending surgery but I wanted to check if this can be cured through physiotherapy. My dad doesn't want surgery and wants to look for options.Please help!

Heaviness & constant numbness occuring in left leg. Restlessness throughout entire body; Lack of sleep. I've been feeling a sharp, electrical motion of energy running throughout my hands, from my wrist to my fingertips. This action has been occuring since yesterday.
