Bone & Muscle problems

My mother(age 47) is suffering from meniscal tears in knee. The doctor has advised arthroscopy but she also have osteoarthritis. I need suggestions what should we do Should we go for surgery or conservative treatment ?

Dead sir, i having lot of pain in my legs after Xray my doctor tell me ur sufferinv from Orthoporisis and may be Spondalysis...kindly suggest what should i do and whether above disease are cureable.

I had suffering from leg pain for past 5 days .. the is coming for some time and when is used spray or some other ointments it was moving .. and again it was coming...
