Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday night at once my lower back/waist started paining a lot. I sprayed moov spray on it but it didn't work much. I was unable to sleep sideways the whole night. In the morning also, the pain was of high intensity. Earlier also, i have had such back pain sometimes but that was not of so much intensity. Please suggest me what to do? I work in a software company and i regularly sit on chair for nearly 6-7 hours.

Having cracking sound when i move my neck along with stiff neck. Started with bpvv then tinitus and now this stiff neck and when i move it gives cracking sound some times

I had a sudden pain in my right shoulder while skipping about a month ago. I went to an physiotherapist the same day. Had 2 sittings and the pain subsided. But the pain has started again on my right shoulder from the past 3-4 days. Please suggest what should be done. I have been applying Volini spray and applying ice pack once a day from past 2 days.

I have neck pain also I have numbness in hand and leg also I feel muscular pain in my left hand and leg

My bones are paining since last one week. Both hands and legs bone. I m feeling very tired and weak.

My mumy got accident last 2 year back but she can not walk still she got opetaion in dr milind joshi orthopadic rly line but she can not alk she have sugar bp problem we can not take her out side can u meet personaaly at home at bijapur oad
