Sir due to car accident my shoulder blade has been fractured. i am using sling for one month. please advice me for future reference.

I have been back bone site pain, during sitting pain occur frequently, during sleeping also found pain, please suggest me treatment

Due to weight lifting thr is pain in my right shoulder..my x-ray report is normal bt MRI report say 1)mild tendinosis of supraspinatus and insertional bony cyst at infraspinatus 2) slight fraying of postero-superior labrum and blunting of antero-inferior labrum without identiable tear 3) Capsular thickening at acromioclavicular joint and type ll Acromion..I consult to physiotherapist he prescribed me Cream voveran tmp gel., Tab myotop., Tab tendofit forte., Cap zing D3 60k for 1mnth..i consult to physiotherapist he advise me for IFT+VS & Ultrasound for 15day..BT pain is stil thr in my right shoulder..I need your hlp..wat shd I do knw..😔

He is suffering from pain in his left leg from one month there is no relief from any medicine. He was done one test of Xray of L. S spine

My right hand is not working slowly work with writing in every work pain in every joint please suggest me treatment of my hand

There is a weird lump forming on my wrist from sometime now. I fell down some time ago and my whole weight fell on my wrist from then there is a lump forming. I expected it to be some kinda inflammation nd sprain but it's been months nd still not going away. I'm worried.

I recently started gym and while doing shoulders(front raise), I had a shot of pain over my right center neck. I am taking bruefon but pain is not alleviating permanently. Please advice.

I have diagnosed with a bulging disc through mri because of which nerves impingement happen...m in continuous pain sciatica nerve pain is also there localized pain in the lower spine as well..doc has suggested some exercise that's it..I have a small baby m very tensed should I rock swaddle my baby or not it z becoming difficult for me... bulging disc and slip disc these r different??? Bulging disc z dangerous?? What ol precautions should I need?? Please help
