Bone & Muscle problems

I have lower back pain from 6-7months. 1. Severe Lower Back Pain.- I can feek the pain coming from the backbone. it's most in every morning when i wake up, or when i bend forward or when i sit for more than 10-15 min. I feel better when i walk or do my daily activities. 2. My back hurts from middle every morning when i wake up. I feel alot of stiffness in backbone and muscles with the backbone when i wake up. It gets normal as the time passes of the day.

Too much pain in my shoulder, while breathing ,showed to a dr he ask for physiotherapy ,m doing from last 4 days but didn't get relief

Hi, I have chronic knee pain in my left knee since 1 month now. It started when i took 526 stairs to come down while trekking. It increases when i use stairs or walk. What could be the reason. I am a fit guy with no history. I have felt pain in left knee sometimes before but this time it is not goin even after one month. Thanks in advance.

I have a severe pain in left side of groin region which extends to lower back and area above knees. It hurts more when I am lying down. My abdomen ultrasound and blood reports are normal.
