Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor,   I am a working man daily I works for 8hr and travels 10km on bike... Since since from last 2months I'm facing pain at my back thigh and Buttock.... As soon as I sit on chain or my buttock touches ground/bike I  feel irritation.. i can't even sit property and work ... Please help me to get a permanent solution for my problem... Thank you.

Having sprain in right anchol before 1 week and their is soo much pain and swelling soo what to dooo

I have been having this pain right on top of my head on the right side it is localised on a spot.If i touch it is painful to touch .'Right ear seems clogged but no sign of ear infection as told my ent.

I do martial arts since I was 7 years old ..I'm 20 years old and I kind feel like I'm loosing my flexibility even though I stretch ...Some times I feel like I have a serious problem ....and when I was 14 years old I took growth hormones (I was I little kid )

I tore my meniscus about a year ago. My knee has been giving me problems. MRI showed internal dereangment of the knee but the specialist I was sent to refused to do anything. Now my knee for the past 2 weeks my knee has been locking up, and giving out. Everytime I move my knee you can feel and hear it click and pop. The pain is getting worse not quite unbearable yet. I'd say on a 1-10 scale 1 being no pain and 10 being the worst I would say 7 1/2 to 8. I've been talking over the counter pain relievers and I have a compression brace on it. And I have iced it and elevated it. None of these things seem to be helping. What should I do?

I am facing severe back ache on the right side till the toe. There is swelling at times. Kindly recommend the solution. Regards

I have been suffring from bone ( joint pain ,knee pain,lower back pain) problem since from 6 years i have consulted many doctor's but no excat treatment i had.

I am 50 kg, and 24 yrs. On 01/01/2016 my 25-HYDROXYVITAMIN D was 5.8 ng/ml => DEFICIENT. So my dietitian recommended me Anyway nutrilite Cal mag D 2 tablets /day. This awesome supplement which helped my vitamin D level reach 60.8=> SUFFICIENT, in 5 months. I have attached the two reports. Afterwards I stopped taking the supplement. I had also gone through bone mineral density test of my entire body and the density of my spinal area was moderately low with moderate level of fracture risk which I understand because whenever I sit without back support, my spinal area starts feeling pain/fatigue very soon. SINCE I STOPPED CONSUMING CAL MAG D 11 MONTHS AGO, I ANTICIPATE THE VITAMIN D LEVEL WOULD HAVE AGAIN BECOME DEFICIENT WHICH CAN BE FURTHER SUPPORTED BY MY SPINAL FATIGUE WHICH I HAVE FOR SEVERAL YEARS. SO I WANT TO KNOW OF WHETHER I SHOULD START CONSUMING CAL MAG D AGAIN AND IF YES THEN HOW MANY TABLETS A DAY AND WHEN WOULD I KNOW TO STOP TAKING THE SAME. IS THERE A WAY TO MAINTAIN D?

My mother has makulicz syndrome so she is extremely suffering from joint pains and recently we have consulted a Rheumatologist. He told us to get a done with parotid biopsy test. So please tell me who can do this?

I'm Aravind my age is 24,i having pain over and back of knees and thighs of my right leg more than one week .. the pain betters more sometimes and getting back hard sometimes.. and some times there is no symptoms .. at the nights I didn't getting my sleep properly too .. some pulling sensations of my leg and hand of both sides is occurring ... When I apply any spray or ointment then the pain is getting better that time .. i having fear that is must be a symptom of hemiplegia?
