Hi,I have had a 5th metacarpal head fracture 10 days back. I was advised to undergo K-9 re fixation, but I have ignored and dint take any treatment... Now am a deformity at that place with severe pain... Is there any quick solution for this?

I had partial ligament tear, and a hair line crack on my left foot. Had the cast for 31 days. Today got it off. What medication and treatment should I do from now? Should I keep my foot in hot water or chilled water twice a day? Also kindly suggest the physiotherapy as well.

Today is day 10 post my ACL reconstruction using hamstring autograft. Progress has been good overall till now and my only medication now is Naprosin 250 mg. I am on a single forearm crutch now, and doing PT as advised. Knee extension has restored almost completely but there is hamstring pain even with a 10 degree knee curl. Is it normal? Also, I am only able to bend the knee by 25 degrees at most post which there is a sharp pain. How will I regain the bend in the knee? Will it happen with time? There is still a bit of swelling around my knee and my stitches are still there. So please help me out.
