I sneezed once in early morning, and there was a muscle pull which didn't allow me to stand even. I visited a local physician who suggested Ultracet and things seem to be better. But I am still getting acute pain when I cough or sneeze. Any suggestions?

Avoid bending in front.
Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.
Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
