Bone & Muscle problems

I have back pain almost for 2 weeks which was diagnosed as L2 disc compression . I am undergoing physiotherapy and using hip belt while travelling and sitting while working and ofcourse i am taking tablets . My concern is there a permanent solution for this problem . either physiotherapy or tablets or any latest method . I cant take this pain all time or i cant take it through out my life time . Please advice me whether it can be done or not.

I have been running extreme pain in my back bone in lower middle ..which dose'nt alow me to stand for while ..it start paining

Hello, i am suffering from arm n shoulder pain since 4 weeks. i have visited orthopaedic and as advised took Movexx tablets n hot compression. with some minor exercise. it has reduced now. Still i have slight pain during morning and in night times it is more. doc has told there is a muscle compression near neck.. trapezious muscle. pls advise its been 4 weeks.. i am not comfortable still. if i work in front of computer. it agrivates.

My mom has severe pain in her right hip which goes down till the calf muscle due to which she cant walk for longer distance

Recently i got surgery for fracture in 4th and 5th metacarpals after that they put a slab plaster, its been 14 days. since yesterday, my hand is stilled and different type of feeling i'm getting in my hand.
