Pain in right knee on the inner side
I have had this pain for two weeks now. It started when I was getting into standing position from kneeling position. It had started to subside a couple of days back but guess I strained it. I have been limping. There is sharp shooting pain in the knee joint at times and pain behind the knee sometimes too.
I don't remember any injury there but have had weakness in the knee before.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Zerodol-th8 twice a day after food for 3 days.
Apply a ice pack and take rest.
If it still persists, then you have to get it checked out by a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.
