Bone & Muscle problems

I've been having a wrist ache since two years. Sometimes it pains me slightly and sometimes I feel a horrible pain in it, just like now. The pain gets worse when I lowers or raises my hand.

There is a ganglion on my right wrist - not too small, neither too big. It pains seldom. Looking for puncturing.

I hv swelling in my hands and I can't move anywhere easily , I hv so much pain my shoulder joint knee joints nd my elbow joint. I can't put any heavy or more then 500 gm material. I can't bear pain I don't want allopathy treatment. I want ayurvedic treatment.

I was facing some problem in my knee at the time of exercise and I had to stop it due to uncomfortablity. After some time I was not able to fold my legs nad had pain in my knees. I went to the hospital and took an x-ray and mri scan. The doctor told that it was meniscus tear, and I arthoroscopy has to be done. Is it possible to get a treatment other than surgery

Am having a kneel problem, and I went do stray on the right leg and I was told that its osteoarthritic... Am ambitious to play football and I don't no if I can ever achieve my dream with dis painful knee problem

How effective is dry needling for the lower leg pain. Is it a permanent cure?? And what is the science behind this treatment?

I an having a severe back pain from last 07 days.  However this problem is there from last 02 years. Pain used to stay for few days and goes and again come back after certain interval. Should I consult an orthopedics or an aquapuncherist?

Right hand thumb twisted while lifting weight. Swelling and redness reduced but base of the thumb still paining. Not able to bend the thumb fully. Applied volini spray once a day for the last 3-4 days
