Right hand vein tension
My wife is suffering from the irritating tension in the right hand veins. Sometimes it pains as well. Any work that causes stress on her right hand Palm, triggers the problem. Please advice.

Take a shoulder sling , so that the tension on that hand will be less, take a water therapy by immersing hand in the water till elbow and do gentle movements of hand.
