Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Doc can you please tell us if it is OK for him to take the above tablets.He is having knee pain and after an xray was taken the Doctor said it was starting of age related arthritis. He walks a lot and now has been asked to take a break.

Spine(backbone) pain firstly started when I tried to pull up tractor cultivator(when I was 16 years old), then I went to a doctor, given some injection. The pain was gone. But later Spine(backbone) pains while sleep facing up, carrying a bucket of water, sometimes washing clothes/socks by bending. Please suggest will it get cure by medicines or will go for any surgery..!

Hi,  I'm having back pain for about 1 week now. I think it's because of the cotton mattress that I use. It's become completely flat. My question is what type should I get that can help with my back pain? Should I get a soft mattress or a hard mattress?
